Vincent Martin has extensive work experience in the field of customer services and support. Vincent is currently serving as the Head of After Sales & Consumer Services - France at Groupe SEB, where they lead after-sales and consumer satisfaction services for the French market. Prior to this, Vincent worked as the Head of Services Operations at BOBST, where they were responsible for deploying and improving service standards and service business applications across global service centers. Vincent also served as the General Manager of the Customer Services & Support Division at KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe, overseeing EMEA service organization and providing technical support and knowledge management to affiliates and distributors. Vincent has also held leadership positions at Harmonic, KYOCERA Document Solutions France, Sagemcom, and Thomson Multimedia, where they gained extensive experience in managing customer service departments and providing technical assistance.
Vincent Martin has a Master of Engineering degree from ESIEE PARIS, which they obtained in 1996. Vincent later pursued an MBA from ESCP Business School, completing it in 2003. Additionally, Vincent Martin has obtained several certifications, including "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods" in 2023 and "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" in 2021, among others.
