Beatrice Rurling

Beatrice Rurling is a seasoned professional in the financial sector with extensive experience in financial crime prevention and operational excellence. Currently serving as Global Standards Manager at SEB since February 2023, Beatrice has held several key positions, including Head of Operational Excellence and Head of Periodic Review at the AML Middle Office at Swedbank from March 2021 to January 2023. Beatrice’s career at Nordea spanned from 2006 to March 2021, where roles included Head of OX, Quality and Training, GFCP Master Expert, and Country Head TM Processing SE, leading significant organizational growth. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stockholm University and a diploma in coaching from Gothia Akademi.
