Helena Saxon

Helena Saxon is an experienced finance professional with an extensive background in senior management and board positions. Currently serving as a Board Member at H&M and SEB since May 2024 and March 2016 respectively, Helena also holds a Board Member position at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) since May 2011. In addition, Helena has been the CFO at Investor AB since March 2015, following a role as Investment Manager at the same company from 2010 to 2015. Previous experience includes CFO roles at Hallvarsson & Halvarsson and Syncron, as well as Vice President at Investor AB, and a Financial Analyst position at Goldman Sachs. Helena holds an education from INSEAD and the Stockholm School of Economics.
