Jakob Hansson

Jakob Hansson is an experienced financial professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Head of PaaS Incubator for Large Corporates at SEB since April 2005. In this role, Jakob supports large corporate clients with financial services related to Product-as-a-Service offerings. Previous positions at SEB include Senior Transaction Manager for Corporate Banking, responsible for structured asset finance solutions, and managing Leasing & Factoring for SMEs. Additionally, Jakob has held the role of District Manager in Retail Banking, overseeing multiple branch offices. In November 2018, Jakob was appointed as a Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee at the Swedish Bankers Association. Prior to SEB, Jakob worked at SEB Finans and FinansScandic, contributing to the establishment and growth of these institutions in Denmark and Norway. Jakob holds a degree in finance from Lund University and has early educational experience from Saltsjöbadens Samskola and North Salinas High School.
