Jonas Nilsson

Jonas Nilsson is an experienced professional in quantitative analysis, currently serving as the Global Head of FICC Quant at SEB since August 2016. Prior roles include Head of Fixed Income Quant at Brummer & Partners and Head of Quantitative Analysis & Methodology at Handelsbanken Capital Markets. Nilsson has also held significant positions at SunGard as Head of Model Validation and Quantitative Analysis, as well as various roles in development and product specialization. Academic experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University and an Assistant Professorship at Uppsala University. Nilsson holds a PhD in Scientific Computing from Uppsala University, along with a Master's degree in Engineering Physics.
