Mats Törnros

Mats Törnros is currently the Head of the DORA Office at SEB, where they focus on maintaining operational resilience within regulatory frameworks. Previously, Mats held various leadership positions across financial institutions, including Head of Private Banking at Länsförsäkringar and Head of Test Center at Skandia, where they pioneered digital remote advisory services in the Nordics. They have extensive experience in program and project management, overseeing significant regulatory implementations at SEB. Mats earned a Kandidatexamen in Real Estate Brokerage and a Licentiate degree from Swedsec, supplemented by various leadership and specialist educations.
