Paul Ostrowski is an accomplished Engineering Design Manager at Sebago Technics since December 2013, with a strong background in municipal sewer separations and private development projects. Prior roles included Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, where notable contributions included the design of the Thornton Heights Sewer Separation project in South Portland. Previously, Paul held the position of Project Engineer at Gorrill Palmer from April 2002 to December 2013, overseeing significant design projects such as the Shops at Biddeford Crossing and multiple sewer separation initiatives in Portland, which collectively garnered $14 million in funding. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine, obtained from 1996 to 2000, and graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 1996.
