Shane Kelly P.e.

Shane Kelly, P.E. is a seasoned Senior Transportation Engineer and Project Manager at Sebago Technics since February 2016, having previously served as an Assistant Engineer at the Maine Department of Transportation from May 2014 to February 2016. With expertise in the design of various highway projects, including reconstruction, large culvert replacements, and pavement preservation, proficiency in MicroStation and InRoads is evident. Shane Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
