Joel Barfield is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction and project management roles. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at Sebastian Construction Group since April 2019, Joel has previously held positions of Assistant Preconstruction Manager and Estimator at the same company. Prior experience includes work as Estimator/Project Manager at The George D. Alan Company and Project Manager at Driver Pipeline and Primoris Energy Services. Joel began the career as a Project Controls Cost Engineer at Jacobs, where foundational skills were developed. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe, earned in 2013.
