Will Baird is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at Sebastian Construction Group since March 2020, Will has also held roles as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure as Project Manager and Lead Estimator at Platform Manufacturing Group from February 2018 to March 2020, and as Warehouse Operations Manager at Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC. Additionally, Will has experience in recruitment as an Associate Physician Recruiter at Barton Associates Inc. and started a career in sales with H.G. Thrash. Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University, completed in 2015.
