Eugene Kibby, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and process development. Currently serving as Director of CMC and Manufacturing Operations at Sebela Pharmaceuticals Inc. since May 2024, Eugene previously held the role of Director of Manufacturing Operations at AstraZeneca from March 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading manufacturing and packaging activities for respiratory products. Prior to these positions, Eugene was Senior Manager of Process Development Engineering at Aerie Pharmaceuticals, overseeing the manufacturing plans and processes for sterile drug products. With a background that includes roles at Pfizer and Chrysler Motors LLC, and service as an Officer in Charge in the United States Navy, Eugene has developed a strong foundation in leadership, project management, and regulatory compliance. Eugene holds an MBA and a BS in Economics, complemented by a Master of Science in International Business & Six Sigma Quality.
