Tammala D. Payton

Tammala D. Payton is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in pharmaceuticals and various other industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sebela Pharmaceuticals Inc. since August 2022, Tammala previously held senior HR roles at Takeda from March 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included strategic HR planning and management for a manufacturing plant startup. Prior experience includes positions at Coca-Cola Refreshments as a Human Resources Consultant, Stiefel (a GSK company) as Associate Director of Human Resources, and various HR roles at Verizon Wireless, BellSouth Telecommunications, and MCI Telecommunications.
