Tunç Akın

Tun T. has extensive experience in humanitarian finance and economic development, currently serving as a Senior Humanitarian Finance Associate at UN Humanitarian Finance since January 2011. Previously, Tun held roles including Humanitarian Data Analyst and Humanitarian Finance Associate. Tun was a member of the UN Emergency Disaster Response Team in March 2017 and worked as an Economic Research Assistant for the UN Sustainable Economic Development from February 2007 to January 2011. Early career experience includes an internship at GBCHealth as a Private Sector Partnership Intern. Tun’s educational background includes an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship from IE Business School, completion of the Oxford Impact Measurement Programme at Saïd Business School, and participation in the United Nations Summer Study Programme in China at Nanjing University. Tun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Zicklin School of Business.
