Marcelo Henrique Valenzi Amorim has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marcelo Henrique started their career as a Software Developer at BH FARMA in 2003, before moving on to work as a Technical Leader and Software Engineer at Squadra Tecnologia from 2004 to 2007. Marcelo Henrique then worked as a Software Engineer at Banco BMG, where they were involved in the development team of the Bank's Loan System. From 2007 to 2011, Marcelo worked at Casa de Software in various roles such as Software Architect, Technical Leader, Process Engineer, Requirements Analyst, Test Analyst, and Configuration Analyst. During this time, they worked on large-scale projects for clients in different sectors. In 2011, they worked as a Lead Software Architect at FNDE-Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação, where they defined and evaluated architectures for the institution's projects and implemented continuous integration processes. Marcelo joined Sebrae in 2012 and held several positions, including Project Manager/Contract Manager, Marketing Analyst, Product Manager and UX Designer, and Digital Innovation - Agile, Lean and Design Thinking Mentor. In their most recent role, Marcelo served as the Deputy CIO/CTO at Sebrae. Throughout their career, Marcelo has been involved in digital transformation initiatives and has contributed to the development of new digital business strategies.

Marcelo Henrique Valenzi Amorim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they earned from 2002 to 2006. Marcelo Henrique then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2007. In 2015 to 2016, they obtained another MBA, this time in Software Architecture from IGTI. Additionally, in 2018, Marcelo completed a MicroMaster in Digital Product Management from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Marcelo Henrique has also obtained various certifications in areas such as business strategy, product management, agile coaching, and digital innovation.
