Dayane Castro

Dayane Castro has over a decade of experience in business analysis and entrepreneurship guidance, currently serving as a Técnico e Orientadora de Negócios at Sebrae/RJ since July 2011. In this role, responsibilities include advising potential and existing entrepreneurs on legalizing businesses, business planning, marketing, market trends, management, and innovation. Dayane also represents the national program for advanced training and the main entrepreneurial training program developed by the UN, known as Empretec. Previously, Dayane worked at PETROS as a customer service assistant focusing on complementary pension services and documentation support, and as an early childhood education teacher at Creche UFF, providing pedagogical support and activity supervision for children aged 1 to 6. Dayane holds a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an MBA in Project Management from Estácio, a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Candido Mendes, and certification as a Business Analyst from COPPE - UFRJ.
