Zofia held roles such as Business Development Director for Central and Eastern Europe at MSLGROUP, where responsibilities included managing new business processes and building affiliations in the region. Previous positions also encompass Managing Director at MSLGROUP Poland, Chief Communications Officer at Publicis Communications, and leadership roles in marketing communication at Gemius, Edelman Polska, and Euro RSCG Sensors. Zofia began a career in journalism with TVP Polish Television and Polskie Radio. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in journalism and political sciences from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
