Aaron Foxman

Aaron Foxman is a financial regulatory professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles. Aaron served as an Attorney Advisor and later as Senior Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, overseeing registered clearing agencies and ensuring compliance with securities laws. Previous positions included internships at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, as well as roles at the Federal Reserve Board and Craftmark Homes, where Aaron managed risk and compliance. Aaron holds a B.A. in International Service, Philosophy & Religion from American University and a J.D. from Temple University.
