Alexander Charap

Alexander Charap is a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Alexander served in various capacities at WilmerHale, including Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate from June 2012 to February 2019. Alexander obtained a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. Alexander's educational background also includes attendance at Columbia Prep.
