Alison Conn

Alison Conn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and securities law. Currently serving as Assistant Regional Director and Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2016, Alison has held various prominent positions within the agency from 2003 to 2012, including Acting Associate Regional Director and Branch Chief. Prior experience includes serving as Fund Chief Compliance Officer at Goldman Sachs Asset Management from July 2014 to July 2016, and as a Legal Consultant at the European Central Bank in 2013. Alison's early career features roles at Dechert LLP as an Associate and as a fellow at the Women's Law Project. A Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Marjorie O. Rendell, Alison holds a Doctor of Law degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from Smith College.
