Andrew McFall is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities enforcement and market abuse. Since August 2013, Andrew has held multiple senior positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Senior Adviser and Senior Counsel in the Market Abuse Unit and the Crypto Asset and Cyber Unit, as well as serving as Counsel for Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw. Prior to this role, Andrew was an Associate in the Securities Enforcement and Litigation Group at K&L Gates from 2010 to August 2013, and also served as a Law Clerk for Honorable Alexander Williams, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland from 2008 to 2009. Andrew began the legal career as an Associate at K&L Gates from 2005 to 2008. Andrew holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
