Andrew O'Brien

Andrew O'Brien currently serves as Vice President and Deputy Chief Steward at the National Treasury Employees Union Chapter 293 since November 2023. O'Brien has been a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since April 2008. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Law Clerk for Virginia M.
