Anna Rice Abramson

Anna Rice Abramson is a Senior Special Counsel in the Office of the Director at the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since April 2021. Prior roles at the SEC include Special Counsel and Attorney Adviser, contributing to extensive experience in corporate law. Previously, Anna served as a Corporate Associate at Covington & Burling LLP from September 2016 to April 2021 and completed a judicial clerkship for Judge James Loken at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Anna has also held summer associate positions at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and Covington & Burling, as well as a Summer Honors Internship at the SEC.
