Benjamin Brutlag

Benjamin Brutlag is a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they have served since 2015. They have previous experience as a Litigation Associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore from 2007 to 2015, and completed summer associate positions at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Quinn Emanuel in 2006. Benjamin also worked as a Law Clerk at DLA Piper in 2005. They hold a B.A. in History and International Relations from Stanford University, a Diplôme from Sciences Po, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
