Bennett Ellenbogen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both academia and law practice. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law since 2001, Bennett teaches Pretrial Practice and Procedure. In addition to academic responsibilities, Bennett has been a Senior Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since 1999. Prior to this role, Bennett was a Partner at Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. from 1990 to 1999.
