Beth Clark

Beth Clark has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving in the IM Liaison Office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since July 2020. Prior to this role, Beth was a shareholder at Shulman Rogers from May 2019 to June 2020 and held the position of Of Counsel in the Investment Management Department at K&L Gates LLP from March 2005 to April 2019. Early career roles included associate positions at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP from February 2002 to February 2004 and at Debevoise & Plimpton from September 1999 to February 2002. Beth holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Middle Eastern Studies from Cornell University, and a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from New York University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
