Blake Grady

Blake Grady is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Special Counsel in the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since February 2023, Grady previously worked as an Associate in the SEC Reporting & Compliance Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from August 2019 to February 2023.
