Brent Wilner serves as the Associate Director in the Enforcement Division at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since October 2014. Previously, Brent Wilner was a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law from September 2018 to September 2020, teaching a course on Securities Regulation. Brent Wilner also held positions as a Deputy Attorney General in the Corporate Fraud Section of the California Department of Justice from 2013 to 2014 and in the Division of Criminal Law: Appeals, Writs and Trials from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Brent Wilner worked as a Senior Associate in the White Collar Practice Group at Sidley Austin LLP from 2010 to 2013. Brent Wilner earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School between 2000 and 2003 and completed a Bachelor's Degree at UCLA from 1996 to 2000.
