Carol Lee has over 20 years of experience in the finance and compliance sectors. Currently serving as a Securities Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since March 2017, Carol previously held several leadership roles at BlackRock, including Vice President of Legal & Compliance and Vice President of Broker Dealer Services, from August 2005 to February 2017. Prior to that, Carol worked in Network Management within Investor Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2001 to May 2004. Carol is an alumnus of the University of Greenwich, holding a BA Honors in Business Studies with a major in Human Resources.
