Christine Ely

Christine Ely is currently a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, having also served as Counsel to the Director of Enforcement. They previously worked as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and held various roles at WilmerHale, including Counsel and Senior Associate. Prior to their legal career, they gained experience in education as a First and Second Grade Teacher. Christine earned a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and holds degrees from Mercy University and Cornell University.
