Dan Sinnreich

Dan Sinnreich has a diverse legal background, having served as Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from January 2022 to October 2023 and previously as Senior Litigation Associate from September 2018 to August 2022. Dan's judicial experience includes law clerk positions at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Early career roles include a legal intern with Hon. Leonard B. Austin at the New York State Supreme Court, another legal intern at Major League Baseball, and teaching math at the NYC Department of Education from 2007 to 2010. Dan is currently Counsel in the Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, beginning in October 2023.
