David Dimitrious

David Dimitrious is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With prior roles including Counsel to the Chairman and Senior Advisor to the Chair at the SEC, David has extensive experience in securities law and market supervision. They began their legal career as an Associate at Fried Frank and hold a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University, as well as a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
