David London

David London serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University School of Law, focusing on Securities Regulation since January 2025. With extensive experience at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2000, David has held various roles including Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement, Senior Counsel, and Senior Advisor to the Enforcement Division, where responsibilities included investigating securities cases, recommending enforcement actions, and supporting key decision-making. Additionally, David has taught Securities Regulation at New England Law | Boston and developed graduate-level courses at Boston University's Metropolitan College.
