David Nasse

David Nasse is currently serving as a Supervisory Trial Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. They hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. David has extensive legal experience, having worked as Counsel and Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2010 to 2017, and as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 2009-2010. Additionally, David has been serving in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a Colonel since 1999.
