Deanna Virginio is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in securities regulation and corporate finance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2020, Deanna has held multiple roles within the agency, including Senior Special Counsel in the Office of the Director and Attorney Advisor in the Office of Life Sciences.
