Deepthy Kishore

Deepthy Kishore is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in federal enforcement and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division and the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2019, Deepthy has previously held roles as Attorney Adviser at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, focusing on CARES Act litigation, and as an appellate and trial attorney in various capacities at the U.S. Department of Justice from October 2011 to November 2019. Earlier career highlights include a clerkship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and editorial leadership at Emory Law Journal. Deepthy holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and degrees from Columbia University School of Public Health and Rice University.
