Devin Humphreys

Devin Humphreys is a general attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, having graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2023. Devin has previously served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. Court of International Trade and held positions including legal intern at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and research assistant at both the Kellogg Institute for International Studies and Michigan State University. Devin's experience spans various roles, including editorial positions at the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy and involvement in local election reforms with the City of East Lansing.
