Dr. Scharn Robinson

Dr. Scharn Robinson, Esq. is currently serving as the Special Trial Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they focus on white-collar crime and securities law. Prior to this role, they were an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia from 2004 to 2011, and an associate at two prestigious law firms, O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Paul Hastings, from 1998 to 2004. Dr. Robinson earned their Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 1998 and holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Michigan, completed in 1995.
