Elisabeth Grimm

Elisabeth Grimm is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in securities regulation and law. Currently serving as Assistant Director and Senior Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since October 2013, Elisabeth also contributes to the Days End Farm Horse Rescue, Inc. as a member of the Board of Directors from July 2019 to the present. Prior experience includes working as a law clerk to Chief Judge Aida Delgado-Colón and District Judge Daniel Domínguez at the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico from October 2009 to August 2013. Elisabeth holds a Securities and Financial Regulation Certificate from Georgetown University Law Center and earned a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2009, along with a BA in English Literature and Latin American Studies from the University of Miami in 2003. Additionally, Elisabeth completed a program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2005.
