Eric Celauro

Eric Celauro is a Senior Regulatory Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where responsibilities include providing legal advice related to the examination and regulatory oversight of clearing agencies, particularly those designated as Systemically Important. Prior to this role, Eric served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, specializing in criminal prosecution. Eric holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same institution.
