Eric Werner is the Unit Chief of the Complex Financial Instruments Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2018. Eric earned a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and holds an AB in Economics and Philosophy from Occidental College.
