Eugene began the legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard Tallman from August 2002 to August 2003. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Whitman College.
