Grace Oviatt

Grace Oviatt possesses a diverse professional background in both trading and paralegal roles. Beginning a career as a Trader at Engemann Asset Management from April 1995 to June 2006, Grace transitioned to various paralegal positions, including Litigation Paralegal at the Law Office of Philip Shakhnis and Paralegal/Legal Assistant III at FSA. From December 2022, Grace has been serving as a Paralegal Specialist at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, following prior experience as a Senior Paralegal at PAE and a Paralegal at Fidelity National Law Group. Grace's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Paralegal Certificate from UCLA.
