Owen Granke is a Branch Chief at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), overseeing attorneys and staff within the Enforcement Policy and International Cooperation Group since August 2009. Granke also serves as Senior Counsel in the Office of International Affairs, having previously worked in the Division of Enforcement's Market Abuse Unit. Notable achievements include receiving the Chairman's Award for Excellence for contributions to the Flash Crash Team (2011), the Division Director's Award for a significant insider trading case (2015), the Arthur F. Mathews Award (2017), and the OIA Director's Award for Enforcement Cooperation and Technical Assistance (2020). Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Officer and Document Specialist at MF Global from January 2005 to July 2009 and as a Research Specialist at the SEC in summer 2008.
