Grant Swanson

Grant Swanson is currently a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they are part of the Division of Enforcement. They previously served as Counsel in the Enforcement Division at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 2012 to 2022, and they interned with the SEC in 2011 and with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois in 2010. Earlier in their career, Grant was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton in 2009, where they analyzed financial statements and developed client relationships. Grant holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
