Heidi Decker

Heidi Decker is currently the Branch Chief of the Program and Portfolio Management Office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they have provided oversight for multiple projects while managing large, diverse teams. With significant experience in IT project management and governance, Ms. Decker has led complex integration efforts and developed frameworks for program management. They previously served as CEO of the Decker Consulting Group and held leadership roles at the Center for Tobacco Products, FDA, and the Department of Health and Human Services. Heidi holds an MBA in Business Administration from Marymount University.
