Hugh Dolisca

Hugh Dolisca is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in securities law and enforcement. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2021, Dolisca previously held the role of Counsel in the same division. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Ulmer & Berne LLP and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Office of the Attorney General. Dolisca's career also features a role as Assistant General Counsel at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Academically, Dolisca holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
