Jaclyn Janssen

Jaclyn Janssen is a legal professional with extensive experience in securities regulation and litigation. Currently serving as Counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2015, Jaclyn has contributed to significant legal matters in this capacity. Prior to this role, Jaclyn worked as a Litigation Attorney at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks from August 2010 to January 2015, and as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP from September 2005 to August 2010. Jaclyn holds a Law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, awarded in 1999.
