Jason Schall

Jason Schall is a Senior Counsel with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement, where they have been navigating high-stakes regulatory, litigation, and enforcement challenges since 2020. Prior to this role, Jason served as Counsel to the Director at the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection, advising on various enforcement matters. They also held positions as Trial Counsel at the SEC and Senior Attorney within the FTC’s Division of Financial Practices, where they achieved significant legal victories. Jason earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
