Jeb Byrne

Jeb Byrne is the Chief of the Office of Small Business Policy in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2014. Jeb has also served as a guest lecturer at both the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Jeb’s prior roles include Associate positions at White & Case LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, as well as summer law clerk positions at Sneathern & Lhospital PLLC and Hirschler Fleischer. Jeb earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Virginia.
