Jeff Felder is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Market Abuse Unit and previously in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since January 2015, Jeff has honed expertise in regulatory enforcement. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a shareholder and associate at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck from December 2008 to December 2014, and gained valuable experience as a law clerk for Hon. Susan R. Bolton at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona from October 2006 to October 2008. Jeff holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BA in English from Cornell University.
